The service

DuoBaby helps parents and caregivers log and follow their baby’s routine: feedings, sleep, charts and, on paid plans, insights and reminders computed on the device itself.

DuoBaby is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Information in the app is not a substitute for guidance from health professionals.

Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other people’s accounts, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Plans, subscriptions and payments

DuoBaby offers free features and two optional paid plans: Routine, a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial for eligible users, and Forever, a one-time purchase. What each plan includes is described in the app and on this site.

Purchases are made and processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play; we never receive your card details. The price is shown in the store, in your currency, before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before it ends. If the free trial is not canceled before it ends, the subscription is charged. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

The plan is linked to the DuoBaby account used for the purchase and can be restored on another device in Settings › Restore purchases, with the same store account. Refunds follow the App Store and Google Play policies.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription; cancel renewal in the App Store or Google Play.

Intellectual property

The app, the DuoBaby brand and its content belong to Duosis Soluções LTDA. The data you log remains yours.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Insights and reminders are estimates based only on the entries you made and may not reflect your baby’s actual needs. Because the app is not a medical device, decisions about your baby’s health should always involve a professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duosis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by deleting it in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after an update means acceptance.
